This legal notice is issued by Keaboo.com, the full owner of this website (“we”, “us” or “ours”). We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and appreciate the importance of responsible use of personal data collected on this website & mobile app. We take great care with personal information, taking steps to keep it secure and ensure it is used only for our legitimate business purposes in accordance with applicable law.

This policy (together with our booking engine terms and conditions of use and any other documents referred to on it) sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. Please read the following carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it.

Information We May Collect From You

We may collect and process the following data about you: information that you provide by filling in forms on our site – including at registration, completing a vehicle rental booking or query form, posting material, or requesting services. We may also ask for information when you enter a competition or report a problem.

The present document being the Privacy Statement sets out details of the personal data relating to you that may be collected in assistance of the Keaboo website and any mobile sites and applications relating to Keaboo, how such data will be processed and to whom it may be disclosed. This notice also explains your rights under applicable data protection law, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), in relation to our processing of your data.

Keaboo and related applications are being operated by Keaboo.com, a company whose registered office is at Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Car rental bookings made through this site are processed via our booking engine, operated by KEABOO, which acts as controller of the personal data described in this section for that purpose. You can contact VIPcars directly using the link below, or if you have any queries in relation to the processing of your personal data you can also contact us by emailing Contact@Keaboo.com. In cases where we do not directly operate the booking engine, our company does not control that portion of your personal data — the booking engine provider does. Their privacy statement can be found at VIPcars Privacy Policy.
